How is adding an idea remotely associated with Organizational Transformation?
CASE
- I pump out an idea once in 12 weeks, or have been, given I have been interested
- Has anything changed for me?
- I have little idea consciousness, I don’t think they are too important
- I am still waiting for something to change
RESPONSE
We are admitting you in a situation which needs all of the employees to reach level 3 (below) but they are not there.
- Idea Post Tasks - This is the most prevalent and considered the advanced way in many organizations. The idea of learning by doing and gathering feedback afterwards. Here, you don’t think about the best way to do the task as if there can’t be multiple ideas to do the task. You are also not thinking about improving in a way which is analysis led though you may definitely think about improving in the experiential way.
- Ideas Pre Task - This is done probably by many people, but not by most people. Here you do think about multiple ways of doing something and improving through analysis. What you don’t do is study the result which can be significantly changed. You don’t try to be a step ahead which is understanding the task extremely well.
- Study of Ideas Pre Task - This is the stage where you not just use the best way, but the best method. By this we mean, you know the ways so well that you can really enjoy in the conditions presented to you for doing the task excellently.
